Nowadays, having an effective whistleblowing channel has become an essential practice for companies and entities. It not only complies with current regulations and mandatory requirements for certain types of subjects but also strengthens internal trust, prevents and detects inappropriate conduct, protects the company’s reputation and interests, and contributes to fostering a culture of transparency and business ethics.

This entity, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and combat corruption, has implemented a Whistleblowing Channel. This channel provides its employees, suppliers, and anyone related to the entity with a secure and confidential means to report potential misconduct such as:

  • Any actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union law.
  • Actions or omissions that may constitute serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses.

In any case, all serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses that involve economic loss to the Public Treasury and Social Security will be understood to be included.
